I serve as a single point of coordination throughout the transaction, aligning lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and service providers while helping manage the timing and logistics of both inbound, outbound and cross-"town" moves. The focus remains on preparation, sequencing, and disciplined execution.

After closing, I remain available to help coordinate property services, local connections, and the real-world logistics of settling in and getting established.
